Going to Active Gold well-being centre is the best thing for me I have osteoarthritis in both my knees and it has made a big difference to daily life moving better and I’ve toned up lost weight too. I’ve met some nice people too who are my friends now we call ourselves the ten o’clock club! I go 5 days a week and it makes me look forward to my day ahead. I am so pleased it is on my doorstep and it’s not intimidating like a big gym, the staff are so friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for us, I would highly recommend it. I absolutely love going and it’s nice for people to get out and socialise and have fun doing it thank you so much.
